Refund requests
Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days of approval, back to your original payment method.
Trip cancellations
Refunds for trip cancellations are subject to the organiser's cancellation policy for that trip. Because SKUA is a marketplace and not the trip operator, the organiser sets the cancellation terms; please review them before you join and pay.
SKUA service fees
Where a SKUA service fee was charged on a transaction, it may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the trip is cancelled by the organiser.
How to request a refund
Email hello@skua.travel with your account email and the trip name. We'll coordinate with the organiser and keep you updated.
